Thrive is not an Account Aggregator by design. Account Aggregators operate under a specific RBI-regulated framework that enables users to share their financial data across institutions securely. While Thrive supports this framework, our core focus is on making financial analysis seamless and intelligent—regardless of the data source. We allow users to upload their bank statements directly (PDF, Excel, etc.), and we use AI to categorize income, expenses, and generate insightful financial summaries. Integration with AA platforms is on our roadmap, but we aim to give users flexibility without locking them into a single method of data access.

Thrive supports bank statements from almost all Indian banks, including public, private, cooperative, and small finance banks.

Our AI-powered parser automatically detects and validates bank statement formats, so as long as the statement is properly formatted, Thrive can process it — even for banks not part of the account aggregator framework.

1. Thrive currently supports PDF statements only.
2. This includes statements from major banks such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), Axis Bank, Bank of India, Indian Bank, Deutsche Bank , and many others.
3. Because Thrive uses AI-based layout understanding rather than fixed templates, support continues to expand automatically as more statement formats are encountered.

Thrive currently offers a free tier to help individuals and small businesses understand their finances without barriers—allowing you to upload statements, receive automated categorization, and view financial summaries at no cost. While Thrive is not guaranteed to remain completely free forever, any future premium features—such as deeper analytics, custom reports, accounting software integration, or priority support—will be introduced transparently, with a commitment to keeping a robust and accessible free version available for essential financial insights.

As of now, Thrive does not have a dedicated mobile application. However, our platform is fully optimized for mobile browsers, allowing you to access all features seamlessly on your smartphone or tablet.
